Covenants, Bylaws, Policy Documents 

Briarcliff Estates was established in 1970 with protective covenants established by the developer that remain in effect today.  The declarations create the Briarcliff Estates Community Association which is tasked with collecting and distributing funds, and enforcing the Covenants.  Key Covenants include architectural review, property use restrictions, commercial vehicle restriction, and building restrictions.  The complete Covenants can be viewed in the file below. New bylaws were voted and passed in 2011.  They are also listed below.

The Briarcliff Estates Community Association Board of Directors has developed a Covenants, Bylaws & Policy Manual to provide clarity and transparency of board operations and decision making. A copy of this document is available below.
