Board

Officially titled the Briarcliff Estates Community Association (B.E.C.A) is the governing board for Briarcliff Estates. The B.E.C.A. board has several functions including:

• Maintain the community property of Briarcliff Estates which consists of lakes, paths and greenways, and street signs 

• Collect annual assessments, and distribute funds for property maintenance, insurance, and professional expenses

• Enforce covenants related to payment of assessments, vehicle parking, business use of property, and architectural review.  

The board is comprised of volunteers from our neighborhood and meets monthly on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at the Bourbonnais Municipal Center.
