Briarcliff Estates is located between Rt. 102 and the beautiful Kankakee River in Bourbonnais, IL and is home to about 800 residences. First developed in the 1970's, Briarcliff has had several additions and features rolling terrain, walking trails and community lakes. The Briarcliff Estates Community Association (BECA) is the homeowners association charged with maintaining the common property of the Briarcliff Community, which includes the Briarcliff, Briar Green, Briar Point, Plum Creek, Tower Ridge, Thornhill, and Brittany Lake developments.
Briarcliff is unique among the surrounding plains with winding streets, mature trees, rolling landscapes, lakes, and walking trails. The BECA Board is working hard to make this the best walking community in Kankakee County.
Briarcliff Board Meetings
The board meets on the second Tuesday of every month at 6:00 p.m. in the Municipal Center Board Room.
Virtual meetings are held only in the event circumstances deem it necessary. Advance notice of the change and a meeting link will be provided on this site should a virtual meeting be necessary.
